In celebration of Hinamatsuri, we are pleased to introduce a limited edition ice cream special inspired by the peach, white, and green hues of traditional Hishimochi.

The Ume features our classic vanilla ice cream blended with the elegant aroma of ume (plum) and crispy brown rice cereal, topped with matcha powder and fū (wheat gluten) shaped like ume flowers.

Available as an ice cream swirl & milkshake, The Ume will be available Saturday, 3/1 through Monday, 3/3 exclusively at Kith Treats Tokyo.
